Total Building Management
Groundlevel provides a complete property managements solution for schools. Total Building Management is a one-stop service that addresses all the servicing requirements and maintenance of school buildings. Our services include: building maintenance, grounds maintenance, electrical maintenance, cleaning , refuse collection, and emergency repairs.
Supervision and Oversight
We provide a single point of contact for all building and grounds related issues, no matter how large or small. Our consultants will check that all work is satisfactorily carried out. All our team are professional and CRB checked and will adhere to all health and safety procedures while on site.
The Total Building Management service is regularly reviewed in the light of comments and suggestions from the schools involved. We also regularly check our rates to ensure best value.

Flexible Arrangements
Our Total Building Management service is totally flexible and can be tailored for a school’s particular needs. Whilst being able to provide a complete and overall service, schools will be able to pick and choose which services they require. If they believe they can save money on individual items by arranging the services themselves, they are free to do so.

The service we provide has already proved to be very cost effective in many schools. The average saving across all schools in the first year has been in the region of 20%. The service is completely transparent so schools are able to judge before they sign up whether or not the service is more cost effective than their existing arrangement.
Simple Annual Service Agreement
One of the reasons for establishing Total Building Management, apart from trying to remove the burden on heads and governors, was the increasing tendency of service providers requiring long term commitments. Groundlevel property management is a simple annual agreement, with schools free to make any changes on an annual basis.
