Lewis founded Groundlevel in 1997 and as Managing Director oversees the company's development and overall operations, ensuring Groundlevel delivers high quality and excellent value service to all its customers.
Lewis maintains close dialogue with customers throughout the business whilst striving to drive the business forward.
Malcolm AgarOperations Director
Malcolm has been with Groundlevel since 2001and is responsible for the management and coordination of the reactive maintenance department. His department is staffed by a variety of tradesmen including plumbers, decorators, roofers and joiners all of whom have a wealth of experience within their respective trades.
Malcolm has excellent client liaison skills and is adept at developing and building upon new and existing client relationships.
Alison HammondContracts Director
Alison is responsible for the soft services business in Groundlevel. Her teams cover grounds maintenance, communal cleaning and window cleaning, with contracts across the North West, North East and Midlands.
Alison has been with Groundlevel for 6 years and has applied her management and people skills developed over 15 years in a major blue chip service environment.
Michael LindopFinance Director
Mike joined Groundlevel early in 2008 following 15 years working in various Finance & Accounting roles. A broad, all-round range of finance experience has been gained in senior Management Accounting roles at Sony Computer Entertainment and more recently at consulting and business services group Mouchel Plc.
Lisa FinneganHuman Resources and Health & Safety Manager
Lisa joined Groundlevel in 2007 as an administrative assistant and was promoted to her current role in 2008. Lisa manages the company’s internal Human Resources providing HR advice and support to senior management and is currently undertaking further study with the CIPD in order to develop her role.
In addition, she works closely with Steve Tottie in overseeing the Health & Safety aspect of the business ensuring that Groundlevel remains compliant with all current legislation.
Rob PatonBuilding Surveyor
Rob provides professional advice on all aspects of property and construction. He works on site and is concerned with the aftercare and performance of existing buildings.
Rob has a wide field of experience over some 25 years which includes advising on various aspects of buildings at different stages, including: maintenance, repair, refurbishment, & restorations.
Steve TottieHealth & Safety Advisor
Steve works closely with Lisa advising the company on all relevant Health & Safety issues. His knowledge is based on 35 years working for the Local Authority dealing with relevant Health & Safety Management Systems, Policy, and Procedures.
Kathleen NunnCleaning Manager
Kath's role is to lead, control and manage the provision of cleaning services within a defined geographical area, an integral part of this role is quality inspection which enables her to ensure that Groundlevel is meeting the high standards expected and provides her with the knowledge and understanding that underpins the work that her team undertakes.
Kath worked for the NHS for a number of years and is committed to developing her team through NVQ's in order to ensure staff motivation and knowledge is of the highest level.
Angela BeeleySchool Development Manager
Angela joined Groundlevel in March 2010 after 19 years in education. Her role as School Development manager will be to assist schools in maintaining their buildings and grounds as well as providing Headteachers and staff with ideas and learning resources for use within the school grounds and local environment.
Roseanne BoltonCustomer Services Receptionist
Roseanne has been with Groundlevel since 2007. She is often the first person a client speaks with. Roseanne’s previous experience has been gained from working for major blue chip companies and she has successfully developed her role through the attainment of NVQ Level 3 in customer services.
Her professionalism and courteous manner are virtues we could not do without.
Becca RobinsAdministrative Assistant
Becca has been with Groundlevel since 2009 and undertakes a variety of tasks including assisting the contracts department, management of the company’s fleet of vehicle and on occasion stepping in to assist Roseanne in receiving and dealing with incoming calls.
Becca has recently completed an NVQ Level 2 in customer service which has helped to build upon her previous experience working as a team leader for a major bank.
Jack GreavesAccounts Assistant
Jack joined the team in December 2007 under the direction of Mike Lindop and is the youngest member of our team.
Jack is currently studying for the AAT qualification in order to further develop his skills within a finance environment.
